Tate Construction Company is seeking skilled carpenters who take pride in quality craftsmanship and attention to detail. Our projects range from high-end residential remodels and additions to exterior renovations and specialty construction work throughout the Albuquerque area.

We’re looking for dependable team members who value professionalism, communication, and doing the job right the first time.

Responsibilities

• Perform all trades required of a residential general contractor, including: concrete, framing, roofing, drywall hanging and finishing, painting, flooring, and finish carpentry
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Work collaboratively with project managers, subcontractors, and fellow crew members
• Ensure work meets company quality standards and safety requirements

Qualifications

• Experience in residential or commercial construction
• Strong understanding of construction methods and tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn new skills (no carpenter in our company "only" does this or that, must be willing to do whatever trade is necessary for the overall task to be completed)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
