Tate Construction Company is looking for an experienced foreman to lead field operations and oversee day-to-day project execution. This role is ideal for a leader who can manage crews, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedules, and uphold high construction standards on every project.

Our work includes premium residential remodeling, additions, exterior renovations, and specialty construction projects throughout Albuquerque and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities

• Supervise crews and coordinate subcontractors on active job sites
• Maintain project schedules, site organization, and daily progress
• Ensure quality control and adherence to plans and specifications
• Communicate effectively with clients and vendors
• Enforce job site safety and company standards
• Identify and solve field issues proactively

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on construction experience with leadership responsibility
• Strong knowledge of residential construction practices
• Ability to read plans and coordinate field execution
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Professional appearance and client-facing communication skills
• Proficient in English language, bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus but not required
